Simple Payment Solutions

Here at Sonoran Sky Dental, we believe that everyone is entitled to a healthy and attractive smile regardless of their financial position. In order to help accomplish this, we offer a wide range of financing options that will meet nearly any budget. We accept a variety of PPO plans and many of our treatments are covered by insurance. Please reach out to your insurance carrier to find out more about your specific insurance plan and what is covered. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We are committed to providing the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. Because of this, payment for services is due at the time of service unless we have made prior arrangements.

Sonoran Sky Dental Plan

Annual Membership includes all fees for routine examinations and x-rays. Hygiene maintenance includes two visits per patient in each 12 month period (in the absence of periodontal disease). In the presence of periodontal disease, a periodontal maintenance fee may be applicable. The patient is still responsible for covering a minimal co-payment for each office visit. All other restorative, preventative, and/or cosmetic procedures performed by the doctor will be provided at the discounted rate. This Plan is not refundable and cannot be used in combination of any other dental insurance. Plan fees are only available when the plan is active. All payments are due at the time of service to receive the reduced fees. Any services received that are not paid for at the time of service will be billed at the usual, higher fee. This plan is only valid at any of our Sonoran Sky Dental facilities. This plan cannot be used if the treatment is the result of an injury where a lawsuit is involved or a medical, car, disability or workman’s comp insurance is involved. Plan is subject to change yearly. (this plan is not a dental insurance). *If a family plan is purchased and only one family member is seen the plan will not be refunded. Once the patient is examined the plan is nonrefundable. *Discount fees are only active at the time the plan is purchased and will expire 12 months from the effective date. Dependents on the plan must be immediate family and below the age of 26.

Plan Benefits:

• 2 Routine exams
• 2 Prophylaxis (when periodontal conditions aren’t present)
• 1 Full mouth series of x-rays
• 1 set of 4 bite-wing x-rays

Any dental services not listed above would receive an average discount of 20% from the usual and customary fees. All dental emergency visits are subject to a $10 visit co-payment.

Care Credit

If you are interested in financing your dental treatment instead of paying upfront, we accept third-party financing through CareCredit. CareCredit provides patients with many choices for financing. An application for CareCredit can be found at their website, or you can pick up an application from our office during your visit.

Sunbit

If you prefer financing options for your dental treatment instead of an upfront payment, Sonoran Sky Dental offers the convenience of financing through Sunbit. Sunbit provides flexible financing solutions to suit your needs. You can easily apply for Sunbit financing during your visit to our office, and our staff will be happy to assist you with the process.
